Please reach out if you'd like to come to a practice (or two!) and try us out for free! Once you’re ready to sign up, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Register with both USATF (United States Track and Field) and Amateur Athletic Union (AAU)
Cost: $30 per child, 1 year USATF and $16 per child, 1 year AAU
Why are these registrations required?
Whether your child competes in meets or not, it is important that everyone registers with USATF. The youth spring and summer season REQUIRE it. This ensures that each athlete is covered via our team insurance and can compete at any sanctioned meet without the need to fill out additional paperwork. AAU is optional.
USATF Registration Instructions:
Visit page www.usatf.org
Scroll to bottom of the page, click “Join” tab under INDIVIDUAL YOUTH MEMBERSHIP
Input your athletes information. Be sure to choose SPEED JUMP ELITE/ ID: 33-8133 as your team affiliation!
Once you have registered, open your runners USATF Membership account. Click on your athletes profile, and on the “Athlete Verification” tab, upload either a Birth Certificate or Passport there.
Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) Registration Instructions:

Scroll to click “Join” tab under MEMBERSHIP select Apply for Youth Athlete Membership
FOR “Are they a member of a club”, choose YES. ENTER: W38CD4, then Find Club. Be sure to choose Speedjumpelite Track Club as your club affiliation.
Step 2: Register with Speed Jump Elite Track Club
The club training cost is $50 per month per child. One time yearly registration fee of $150 includes a uniform. Additional $350 fee per athlete for those participating in summer Junior Olympic and/or AAU season(s). Travel costs not included.
